Up and Down :-)

The title is NOT a new dance move!

The past week has been super crazy..

Without going into too much details my dad was taken into hospital with a collapsed lung and possibl heartattack, been spending pretty much all day everyday worring about him. Looks like he is on the mend though which is great news so fingers crossed that he continues to improve.

Rory and I are moving out next weekend (well theres still a little thing which needs sorted out with reguards to references but we passed the credit check and employment reference part). The place we will be going to is not the country cottage I had my heart set on, infact it is better than that and much more suited to our lifestyle so although I was a little dissapointed about not getting the cottage I'm pretty upbeat about the new place. We viewed it last Friday and both of us were blown away, its perfect. My worstnightmare would be to stay in a place with bad decoration and horrible furniture and this place is by far the cleanest and warmest flat we have seen. We have already went out shopping for new duvet covers and things for it :-). The landlords are really nice too which is a bonus! I do think we will be really happy there, although I think once we move in we might not want to move back out again!

Still super excited about my studio day with Joceline, can't wait!!
Got some shoots lined up for next month and have an exciting location booking for March with someone who I have wanted to work with for awhile so all happy about that.

Right time for me to get back into the book I'm reading at the moment.

Nighty night xx

Some dreams really do come true!

Well I have never made any secret when asked who my favourite model is, anytime someone has asked me previously this lady has been at the top of my list and often the only one on the list. I often pop onto her website just to see what she has been up to and am usually blown away by her images and modelling. It has always been a dream for me to get the oppertunity to work with her , not only because she is like my idol but I do believe that we would work well together. Both 6ft tall and have a very similar body shape. Well next month will be a dream come true, she is popping up to Scotland and we are doing a studio day in contrast studio, Glasgow. I'm soo excited about it and can't wait!

(for anyone who is unaware of her work)

If anyone would like to book us together then feel free to contact me about it and we can sort something out. The price including both models and studio is £75 per hour, obviously working up to artistic nude.

Other news is that I was featured here -
Being featured on the same website as John Tisbury is such a compliment so thanks to the NSFW team for the mention on there.

I think thats about it all! Sadly the house me and Rory were planning on moving into has now gone so we are back to square one now and my country cottage dream is shattered but mum always says *whats for you wont go by you* and I think she is right. We are viewing a city centre appartment today, it looks gorgeous from the images. Difference is that this time we wont wait around and think too much about it.

-16 with Craig Mcguire

Ok seeing as this is the first update of the year I want to wish everyone a very happy newyear :-)

Just a quick update seeing as its already late.

I went out on Friday with Craig, I knew the forecast was grim so I expected cold weather. One of my silly ambitions was to do a shoot with the weather being colder than -8 (that was my last record set in January last year). The first shot was at 8.15am, its crazy seeing the moon in the sky while the sun is rising, it was -16 :-) so I bet my record and although others might think it was freezing it wasn't actually too bad.

We along the road a little and the way the sun was coming through the trees was somewhat magical so I got my tutu on and booties and stood there.. A car busted us but never mind, was good fun :-)

I usually hate doing things indoors when the weather is freezing but well Craig didnt need to twist my arm too much. I got on some mad makeup and off we went into one of my cottages :-)

Outtake alert :-)
Well we went to an innercity type public walkway so I knew it would be risky, this is a shot of me with my trousers half off and a blanket covering my modesty, I wonder if the dog walker noticed my slightly strange angled leg....

Whitey tutu :-)

Just as god intended.

Thanks to Craig for a lovley day.

I keep missing bloody shoots because of the snow recently so it was nice to actually get out!!
